Hypnosis transformed my life. In just one session, it could change yours, too.
Like many people, I was introduced to hypnotherapy only after I realized that traditional counselling wasn’t helping me overcome serious problems that were keeping me from the kind of life I always wanted.
Back in 2016, severe anxiety was a constant in my life. It was there to greet me in the morning, and it often kept me up late at night. It showed up to ruin the good times, and it never missed an opportunity to make the bad times even worse.
On a few different occasions, I turned to traditional counsellors in the hopes that they could liberate me from this debilitating problem.
Time and time again, these well-meaning professionals came up short. Worse, these outcomes only served to reinforce the fear that I would never be allowed the kind of life so many others seemed to take for granted. It became harder and harder to remain hopeful.
So, I am forever grateful for the day I discovered hypnotherapy and decided not to give up on myself.
Before this discovery, “counselling sessions” entailed reliving the same negative memories over and over again. I would spend at least an hour a week being forced to recall every last detail of experiences that caused my anxiety to go through the roof.
With hypnotherapy, I was doing just the opposite. I was exploring my full potential. I was experiencing incredible accomplishments I had yet to achieve and enjoying all of the hope and pride that came with them.
After just one session, my 13-year battle with anxiety came to an end.
Looking back, I’m not surprised that so many hypnotherapists also choose this career after experiencing the positive impact of this therapy first-hand.
Once I fully appreciated just how much hypnotherapy had done for me – literally giving me back control over my life – I knew it was something I wanted to use to help others.
It became my vocation.
I keep this transformative experience in mind whenever I work with a patient. Whether you’re depressed, anxious, suffer from PTSD, lack confidence, or are struggling with just about anything else, I know that hypnotherapy has the power to not just get you past these problems but to open up an entirely new chapter in your life.
Still, it takes a lot of trust to allow someone to help you in this way. So, I hope you’ll feel comfortable contacting me with any questions you might have about my services.
